Dreams and Nightmares: Sculptures Inspired by Dada, Surrealism, and Expressionism

In the fall of 2014, students of Professor Virginia Maksymowicz’s Connections I Course focused on artists who were influenced by the events of World War I, especially the Dadaists and the Surrealists. Each student exhibitor selected an artist to become his/her alter ego and created artworks based upon the ideas of the chosen artist.
