May Fair Celebration at Rock Ford Plantation

Celebrate the arrival of Spring – and Mother’s Day – at Rock Ford’s 2nd Annual May Fair with traditional crafts, 18th century entertainments, and dancing around the Maypole!
Admission includes outdoor activities as well as a guided tour of the mansion. Tours of the mansion will be on the hour.
Anticipated vendors include John Fugelso (wooden spoons and bowls), Fashions Revisited (historic reproduction clothing), Miller’s Millinery (historic reproduction caps and hats), Welsh Mountain Quilters, Bags by Joyce, Susan Weaver (hand-woven traditional textiles and tape), Amey’s Adornments (historic reproduction jewelry), and Carrie Monique Arts (pottery and paintings). The First Continental Regiment will also have a stand to recruit new members for their historic re-enactment group.
