Demonstrations by the 1st Regiment Flying Camp of Lancaster

Stephen Bradney of the 1st Regiment Flying Camp of Lancaster – Captain Joseph Work’s will be on the Rock Ford grounds conducting periodic firing demonstrations and living history. Mortar firing demonstrations will be conducted periodically throughout the day and will be held in the meadow. This activity is weather-permitting and open to the public.

The Chapel will be open for tours every other Saturday, between Noon and Two PM, during the Summer, beginning on June 01. Please see our website www.boehmschapel.org for exact dates or for additional information, please contact boehmschapel@gmail.com or phone 717-872-4133. June 22nd will include a children’s program, “Tales in the Tying Shed,” featuring a children’s book about early blacksmithing, followed by children’s games from the 1800s.
